A Boundary or Title Survey is a survey map prepared by a licensed land surveyor registered in the state of New York, which depicts the mathematical and physical features of a parcel of land with relation to map lines, deeds of record, and /or other pertinent reference data base upon an actual field survey. (NYSAPLS) 

Staking Property Lines is a service provided that involves placing physical survey markers at property corners with additional markers along the property lines. Staking property lines is important when making physical improvements to your property or if you are curious as to where your boundary lines are. 

The distinctive characteristic of a topographic map is the use of elevation contour lines to show the shape of the Earth's surface. Elevation contours are imaginary lines connecting points having the same elevation on the surface of the land above or below a reference surface, which is usually mean sea level.

Wetlands are areas where water covers the soil, or is present either at or near the surface of the soil all year or for varying periods of time during the year, including during the growing season. Floods occur when an overflow of water submerges land that is usually dry. 

Subdivision Mapping is a service we provide when a client is in need of dividing up a certain parcel of land into multiple lots. A base map is usually required and we will work with the client and engineer do produce the mapping necessary for filing at the county.

Construction staking is the process of taking planned improvements and buildings, and physically marking them out on the site where the construction will occur. It plays a vital role in helping an organization make the leap from plans and blueprints to actual construction work.
